        "description": "The works are located on a narrow residential road referred to as Nant y Felin in the village of Llanfairfechan. The works comprise of two main elements of works. The first section of works involves lining of an existing culvert with a Cured in Place Plastic liner (CIPP), installing a new headwall and remediation to an existing inlet headwall. There will also be some element of surfacing and the creation of speed cushions.
