The contract will commence immediately on award and will run until the 30th June 2022. All activities and defrayment will need to take place by the 30th June 2022. The final monitoring and evaluation report will be due within a few weeks of 30th June in preparation for the submission of the final claim. (There is no firm deadline for this at the moment but it is expected to be around week commencing 13th June 2022). A mid-term evaluation exercise will need to be completed by the 31st March 2022.
