Area 150sq m, budget PS400,000- Twyn Primary, Caerphilly - Childcare Unit on greenfield site next to existing nursery unit. Area 220 sq m, budget PS650,000- Pengam Library, Pengam - Childcare Extension onto existing Library building including interal works to library. Area 220sq m, budget PS540,000Lot 2- Ysgol Ifor Bach, Abertridwr - Nursery Unit adjacent to existing school site. Area 130sq m, budget PS320,000It is intended to procure these using a JCT Design and Build 2016 contract.
