        "description": "The Pembrokeshire Creamery Ltd. plant is a purpose-built 3000m2 dairy processing site, to be commissioned 1st quarter 2023, and fully operational by first quarter of 2023 on a green field site at Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.It aims to process approx. 1,000,000 litres of liquid milk per week with options to increase milk bottling capacity and processing of cream products in the future.The facility is designed to meet the highest standards in the dairy industry and aims to be accredited to the latest BRC standard. The building will need to be designed, constructed and commissioned to meet BREEAM Excellent standard and suppliers must ensure that all goods and services provided will meet the relevant sections of the BREEAM standard.The building civils supply is part of a major project to construct a new building for milk processing plant at the Haverfordwest site.
