        "eligibilityCriteria": "It is a Minimum Requirement of the Council that Bidders are:Constructionline Level 2 Silver registered, with work categories relevant to the subject matter of the contract.Registered with a Safety Schemes in Procurement (\"SSIP\") accredited scheme.The Works must be completed by no later than Friday 30th September 2022 (30/09/2022).Provide copies of fully audited accounts, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheet, for the most recently completed financial year. The accounts will be analysed in accordance with instruction provided in the tender documentation.Due to the Covid-19/Coronavirus global pandemic Bidders are asked to provide their latest set of management accounts for the period of the pandemic in the UK (March 2020 to present).Insurance requirements, note that you must have or agree to put in place by contract start insurances to the following levels:Public & Product Liability Insurance - 5,000,000 GBP;Employer's Liability Insurance - 5,000,000 GBP; andProfessional Indemnity Insurance - 5,000,000 GBP per claim.Acceptance of the NEC 3 Contract Data.The successful Contractors should ensure, where relevant, that all Disclosure and Barring Service (\"DBS\") are up to date and in line with the Council's DBS Policy as included in the tender documentation.",
