The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a scoping exercise, which will include the completion of an options paper. This options paper should review the current operational model for Children's Services in Wrexham, offering suggestions and detailing a number of different operational models for Children's Services. The alternative models should enable Children's Services to provide Prevention and Protection and should detail how a selected option would be implemented.
