We are particularly keen to understand what impact, if any, working remotely has had on our culture, and how we are perceived by new starters, and (if possible) by employees who identify themselves as having a protected characteristic.We want to provide employees with training sessions that are meaningful to them and support our overall objectives. We would like the provider to develop or adapt training material after completing the review and having built a good understanding of our organisation.We want the provider to consider the PSED in Wales and also the recent Anti-Racist Wales Action plan when undertaking the review and proposing the content for the training.",
