        "eligibilityCriteria": "Site personnel are to provide a current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) basic check within the last three years.Main Contractor to hold an All Risks Construction Insurance Policy covering a single contract value of at least PS200,000.00pWorks are time sensitive. The allocated Grant funds must be expended, claimed and drawn down prior to the closure of the EU Funding on 31 December 2022. Therefore the Contract Works Works must be completed and Practical Completion signed off prior to the 19 December 2022 at the very latest to clear funding.Each Contractor will we deemed to have visited the site to fully understand the nature of the works, taking in all site restrictions and including any mitigation within their fixed price tender.Site visits can be made by prior appointment by calling 01291 673424 - Contact Justin Samuel of Buckle Chamberlain Partnership Limited.Refer to tendering conditions in the contract documents for further conditions.",
