        "eligibilityCriteria": "Should the Contractor wish to utilise any of the items, Carmarthenshire County Council gives no warranties and makes no representations in respect of the condition or appearance of aforesaid items, or their fitness for purpose. It is for the Contractor to satisfy themselves that items are of an acceptable condition and fit for purpose. The Council accepts no liability for said items.The Contractor must collect all items within the specified time period. If the items are not collected within 15 working days after the deadline date the ownership of the item will remain with the Council, and it reserves the right to readvertise for their scrap value. Carmarthenshire County Council reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice.The items are for collection and crushing/cutting on site, the cost of which shall be borne by the Contractor. The Council will not deliver the items.",
