        "description": "Neath Port Talbot Council (NPTC) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake a Renewable and Low Carbon Energy Assessment for their administrative area.The purpose of the commission is to formulate robust Renewable and Low Carbon Energy evidence to inform the preparation of the NPT Replacement Local Development Plan (RLDP) 2021-2036, which is in the early stages of preparation.
