        "eligibilityCriteria": "Competencies required to deliver the work, and against which all tenders will be assessed are as follows:- Thorough understanding of operating model of Puffin Produce, or equivalent fresh produce supplier business - Technical understanding of GHG measurement in food supply chains, including carbon sequestration- Knowledge of supply chain GHGs from farm right through processing to retail, and on to end consumers- Ability to engage effectively with farmers on climate issues - Robust working knowledge of the major on-farm carbon calculators used in the UK- Detailed understanding of sustainability priorities from the major UK grocery retailers - Practical application of landscape-level approaches for addressing environmental sustainability In addition to the above, features of the delivery organisation and proposed approach:- Evidence of high standards of environmental sustainability- Experienced team with strength in depth- High value for money",
