        "description": "We are looking for an experienced project evaluation consultant to conduct a full evaluation of Minesto's ERDF project in Wales, in line with the requirements outlined by the Welsh Government in the agreed Business Plan. The successful candidate will not be required to deliver any technical evaluation with regard to Minesto's Deep Green Technology.The candidate will be required to read all project material, interview project staff and conduct an independent, third-party evaluation regarding the success of the project and lessons learned.The evaluation should be presented in the form of a report. The final report will require translation into Welsh (translation cost should be included in the submitted tender).Minesto expects the supplier to spend some days in the Minesto offices in Holyhead to gather project information (this is non-negotiable).
