        "eligibilityCriteria": "The Consultants must have: * Knowledge, understanding of and commitment to the Social Model of Disability and its implementation. * Awareness of the strengths, abilities and experience of Disabled People from diverse communities. * Understanding of and be committed to all equality issues. * A proven track record of developing and delivering Marketing and Communications Plans and copy to a high standard in accessible language.* Knowledge and experience of utilising a range of marketing and communications methods and techniques aimed at reaching varied audiencesThe ability to: * Prioritise workload to meet agreed targets and deadlines. * Work with and relate to people with a wide range of impairments. * Facilitate discussion using a variety of participatory methods and be able to respond flexibly to the needs of participants on the day.* Value the rights and equality of all disabled people.* Acknowledge and respect the cultural importance of the Welsh Language.* Evaluate and self-reflect as a consultant.Expression of Interest Expressions of interest must be submitted along with the following:- Details of relevant work experience- Outline proposal of how you will undertake this work- An example of a consultation plan- Your methodology- Schedule of fees- Two referencesThe inclusive research, consultation and design fee must fit within a total (including VAT) of PS3000",
