        "description": "HCC requires a supplier to provide in-depth research into practices undertaken throughout global sheep meat supply chains that support extended shelf-life of lamb. This work will include a potential mix of in-person and remote interviews with those within the supply chain.The research should include a capture of how different practices have been adopted and implemented with the aim of extending lamb shelf-life.
