        "description": "HCC requires a supplier to provide in-depth analysis of the on-farm and meat quality data that has been collected through the Welsh Lamb Meat Quality Project.The service provider will1. Analyse data from an existing on-farm and processor dataset and to statistically evaluate any correlations between these and the nutritional value of lamb meat dataset collected as part of the Welsh Lamb Meat Quality project. The work will maximise the output from the confidential dataset provided and explore any additional findings including if/how the industry can use these results to combat climate change.2. Review academic and grey literature to explore soil, feed, forage and livestock systems and how it may impact meat nutrition quality.3. Identify if there are supply chain benefits for particular management practices (from the data supplied) and where relevant, provide modelled financial and environmental implications for the industry.
