        "description": "The Vale of Glamorgan Council (\"the Council\") requires the supply of a mechanical excavator(s) with a shovel at the front and a digging arm at the rear (e.g. JCB) and driver to undertake various construction works on the highways throughout the Vale of Glamorgan area (\"the Works\").Any future agreement will be in the form of a framework and will operate for a period of one (1) year, with the option to extend for up to an additional one (1) year.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=129660.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
