Using the National Procurement Service (NPS-PS-0098-19) framework, there is an option to direct award, using a funnelling tool. From the funnelling tool you can see the supplier who most meets your requirements. Using the funnelling tool provided, Capital Law were the supplier who meets all the criteria covering Lots 6 - Educational Law and Lots 7 - Employment Law, within the specified region of South Wales and was the most competitive firm. Also, feedback from the schools about their service to date has been positive and have built a good communication and support system with Capital Law. In accordance with the NPS guidance and terms and conditions, a direct award is an option if a single firm can meet all requirements based on pricing, quality and other information available to Bridgend Council, using the funnelling tool we were able to demonstrate this single firm was Capital Law.",
