Run a series of interviews x5 with expert business leaders within key sectors within Wales to establish their successful journey with ED&I, the business outcome and the key impact is has had on their business. These should be interviews and video snippets.Key Deliverables:1. Create 10 engaging articles from 10 different experts that Chwarae Teg can use across their website, social media and marketing collateral.2. Source key ED&I contacts within Wales that have high profiles and are respected within the sector.3. Ensure the 10 thought leadership experts and the 5 x business leaders are ethically diverse, gender diverse and are of high calibre in their sector.4. Must develop engaging thought leadership content (e.g., Opinion, stats, trends, examples, Quotes, Video/Interactive Content from Respondents)5. Must develop business leader expert opinion from own experience working within an organisation that has embraced the ED&I journey and is willing to be interviewed and give business information about their progress, outcomes and ROI.",
