For this reason, the theme of this year's event is \"Getting to know each other and what we do.\"We're looking for support to design the conference, including developing the skills of Social Care Wales staff to lead and facilitate activities on the day and providing a bilingual (Welsh/English) host. We are looking for innovative methods of delivery to create an event that is participative, inclusive, focused and of course, enjoyable.",
