Building Framework All aspects of building works within the estate Works shall include, but not be limited to:- Demolition/Alteration/Renovation Masonry Structural/Carcassing Metal/Timber Linings/Sheathing/Dry Partitioning Windows/Doors/Stairs Surface Finishes Furniture/Equipment Building Fabric Sundries (Fire stopping) Disposal Systems (Above Ground Foul Drainage Systems) Building Fabric Reference Specifications Electrical Mechanical Specialist i.e Kitchen etc Electrical Framework All aspects of Electrical works within the estate Works shall include, but not be limited to:- New Install or replacement of existing Distribution Systems / Boards. New Install or replacement of existing Small Power systems. New Install or replacement of existing Lighting and Emergency Lighting systems. New Install or replacement of existing External Lighting systems. New Install or replacement of existing Fire Alarm equipment.
