        "eligibilityCriteria": "The minimum requirements of the tender are as follows:- Constructionline Level 2 Silver registration with work categories relevant to the subject matter of the contract.- Safety Schemes in Procurement accredited or fully compliant with an equivalent scheme.- Demonstrable experience of delivering contracts of a similar nature.- Financial Assessment - Provide copies of full audited accounts, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheet, for the most recently completed financial year and a comparator year to be assessed as described within the tender documentation.- Provide copies of the most recent set of management accounts.- Insurances are required as follows: - Public Liability Insurance - PS5,000,000. - Employers Liability Insurance - PS5,000,000. - Professional Indemnity Insurance - PS5,000,000 per claim.- Successful Contractors should ensure, that all Basic Disclosure checks (DBS) are up to date and in line with the Council's DBS Policy- Acceptance of the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 with Schedule of Amendments.",
