All consenting has been carried out by WWRT - a Natural Resources Wales (NRW) Flood Risk Activities Permit (FRAP) and Impoundment License has been received for this project. All access arrangements will be coordinated by WWRT. The necessary tree works and Himalayan balsam clearance to allow machinery access has been carried out in advance on a separate contract, as well as the ecology surveys. Therefore, this work requires the practical delivery of the weir removals only. See additional documents for further information.",
