Potential Consultants who are interested in this opportunity are invited to download the Outline Brief and Request for Information (RFI) questionnaire via the www.etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk and complete no later than 10am on 15th September2023. Potential consultants who submit a questionnaire may be invited to a dialogue /question and answer session with the Council. THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR TENDERS (ITT) OR A PRE-QUALIFICATION (PQQ) EXERCISE. This is a Request For Information (RFI). The RFI will be used to facilitate a market sounding exercise to provide advance information of requirements and open a dialogue with the market.
