        "eligibilityCriteria": "The successful bidder will be required to commit to a formal contract with CASEW. The bidder should provide the details of one individual who will lead the contract, along with lead agencies and individuals for each of the specific disciplines of necessary skills for this work. The named leader will be a member of the project board. All of the work is deemed commercially sensitive and confidential, and it should not be provided to any other party without written agreement from CASEW. One of the conditions of appointment is that the consultant will indemnify the client against any claims deriving from the commission, whether through omission or otherwise. The appointed consultant should confirm that he/she has the following, or should commit to obtain it should he/she be appointed. Professional indemnity insurance worth at least PS1m. Public Liability Insurance worth at least PS2m. Employer's Liability Insurance worth at least PS5m.",
