It borders Torfaen and Newport to the west, Hereford and Gloucestershire to the east and Powys to the north.Monmouthshire Council is seeking to establish a single lot framework with a maximum of 3 appointed contractors for the provision of 180 degree rubber wheeled, four wheel drive backhoe loaders with operator (180 degree backhoe excavator). The operator must be able undertake additional highways maintenance duties as part of the framework as outline within the Schedule 1 - Specification.The estimated value of the Framework is PS1,000,000, Based on previous spend of Approx.
