        "description": "This commission asks that you manage a public art scheme in order to create gateway features that are striking, relevant and educational in six of the key World Heritage Site towns. The purpose of the features will be to raise awareness of the World Heritage Site amongst local people and visitors by conveying the unique character and stories of each area.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. To express an Interest in the tender :- Login to the portal with the username/password and click the \"Open Access PQQs/ITTs\" link.
