The Scheme provides Service Users with an option of living within a family environment in the community.The delivery of Long Term Placements must be in accordance with the requirements in the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and the associated Code of Practice.We would be interested to understand what services are available, and an understanding of the costs associated with the delivery of the service.The Local Authority is posting this notice to ascertain the level of interest in the market to provide this service with a view to a full tender exercise.
