Work is to be carried out in accordance with the Specification (Appendix 1) for the Contractor's submitted rates set out in the Schedule of Works (Appendix 2).In addition to this, the Contractor may be required to carry out exceptional works that are within the scope of the Contract but are not specifically provided for within the relevant Schedule of Works.",
