        "eligibilityCriteria": "The Contractor shall ensure that the Personnel employed on the Contract are suitably trained, experienced and familiar with the type of equipment to be maintained and are capable of carrying out the work in every respect. Personnel employed on the inspection and maintenance of all equipment shall be trained to an industry standard. The contractor shall have a membership to Safe Contractor and a trade body such as HVCA or similar. All personnel employed on this contract should be DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) approvedAll personnel working on this contract must have Confined Spaces Awareness Training if and when required to complete the job.All personnel working on this contract must have appropriate Asbestos Awareness Training as a minimum requirement before commencing the servicing.",
