It is anticipated the application will be reported to the Planning Committee shortly. The majority of the site is allocated in the adopted Vale of Glamorgan Local Development Plan.Welsh Government will assess the public value delivered with the aspiration of creating a high quality, energy efficient, low carbon and sustainable development with strong place making credentials.
