        "description": "The Council currently operates and maintains a number of cesspit facilities at various locations within the Vale of Glamorgan.There is a necessity for 7 (seven) cesspits to be emptied on a regular basis and for the waste materials contained within to be removed to a licenced disposal facility. This is in order ensure the provision of adequate sewage facilities and thus avoid pollution incidents by preventing waste material from entering and polluting local watercourses.The Services will initially be required at two locations within the Vale of Glamorgan.
