The HDUHB Design Team have also gained planning permission for the change in use class from offices to healthcare.The appointment of the Property Professionals for the project is a necessary requirement to aid the development of the technical design. This will ensure that the Health Board is in line with the industry's standard as per the Royal Institute of British Architects (\"RIBA\") Stage four (4). RIBA Stage four (4) means that the Health Board complete everything that needs to be done before construction starts.",
