        "description": "Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) wishes to award the Contract for The Replacement of Existing Traffic Signals at Coity Castle, Bridgend Gyratory.The junction is ducted and currently have poltec pole retention systems, the ducting has been proven to be good but with some blockages that will be dealt with prior to work commencing, all pole retentions are to be upgraded to standard NAL type.All cables are to be replaced but this does not include detection cables.All civils work to replace retention sockets will be part of the contract.Traffic Management, Temporary traffic signals must be provided by SRL namely Urban64 or similar throughout the scheme, this will be managed by the contractor.
