Each of which will be considered from a physical requirements and audience experience perspective.Feasibility Study to include- Business Model 10 Years (Strategic Financial Modelling)- Commercial income model- Future operational Model (physical site/office/other) to include but not exclusive to:- Environmental sustainability - operations- Transport plan- Digital infrastructure- Economic impact/tourism impact- Audience experience and audience development (as related to operational requirements)- Identify possible capital funding to secure the operational model",
