        "description": "The Welsh Government have a requirement for a supplier or suppliers to design 132kV bays within an existing National Grid Electricity Transmission 132kV substation. The substation is indoor but using air insulated switchgear.The requirement is to provide design services to upgrade / re-commission 2no existing outgoing bays at the National Grid Electricity Transmission 132kV substation.
