        "description": "Pilot studies are being carried out with Welsh social landlords to examine the process set out in the WHQS Part 3 Affordable Warmth and Decarbonisation, 'Whole Stock Assessment and Target Energy Pathway' Guidance (WSA and TEP Guidance) The studies commenced in June 2023 and are planned to complete in Autumn 2024.
