"description": "The DSP Centre at Bangor University undertakes research in advanced communication technologies in its state-of-the-art research facility which is partly funded by the North Wales Growth Deal (NWGD) through Ambition North Wales. To further expand our research capabilities, we plan to acquire a wideband Optical Spectrum Analyser.Test equipment is required to analyse the power spectrum of optical signals over a wide wavelength range of ~400 - 1700nm, the offered wavelength range will be a key consideration. Key performance specifications are, high wavelength resolution of ~0.05 nm, and sensitivity of -70 to -80dBm. The equipment should have a large display and easy-to-use user interface. The in-built measurement features will also be carefully considered.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=142378.",
