But the balance of skills needed as finance leaders also includes soft skills such as leadership, emotional intelligence and negotiation and persuasion.The Wales Audit Office is looking to appoint a single provider for a 48 month (4-year period) to deliver a modular training programme to cover key soft skills leading to a Level 3 Institute of Leadership and Management training. Subject to agreement the contract may be extended by 2 x 12 month increments to a maximum contract duration of 6 years.",
