This will include:a) development of an agreed specificationb) circulation of the specification to appropriate organisations within the network with promotion and signposting, as well as potential wider networks of private providersc) application template for organisations to submit a proposal outlining the use of spend, numbers of people they can support, impact and monitoringd) facilitation of grading and review of submitted schemes to be assessed with a panel representing partnerse) transfer of funds to awarded biddersf) follow up report in an agreed format to give details on the impact of this funding and case studies of some key examples of support provided.",
