        "eligibilityCriteria": "Individuals/companies wishing to submit a proposal are expected to have:- An understanding of the sector and of the current environment in which nature recovery takes place.- Awareness of the organisations that operate within the sector, their role, activities and opportunities. - Knowledge and experience of working within the strategic setting of nature recovery. A capability to meet the brief is fundamental and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. Powys County Council reserves the right not to award proposals if they are deemed unsatisfactory. The ability to work in both Welsh and English would be an advantage but is not a requirement. Selection and appointment will be based upon the written submissions and a short presentation by shortlisted candidates, given via Teams.",
