These licences are an essential element of the Digital Teams Cyber Resilience Strategy.The Health Trust Europe (\"HTE\") ICT Solutions Three framework agreement (HTE-01523.2) is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation. The framework included eleven (11) potential providers who had achieved inclusion onto the framework following a compliant qualification process to provide digital solutions to the market and all suppliers were invited to respond to the mini-competition.",
