Flintshire County Council Housing Support Grant Team are recommissioning their Floating Support with a view to achieving / continuing to achieve Flintshire's outcome of homelessness being rare, brief and unrepeated. The recommissioned projects will be for housing related floating support services focussing on young people, offenders, older people, people with complex needs, people with mental health issues and people who need general housing related support.
