Provide works specifications to meet the required supply and installation of the energy efficiency measures for rural non-domestic buildings. Will comply with all Health and safety legislation, certification, and conformance for the site. Provide overarching warranty management. Manage quotations from Tier 2 suppliers and contractors including selecting the appropriate supplier / contractor based on best value and issue a schedule of works and contract.
