The supplier should have expertise and capacity to support the Ombudsman in such projects, for which an additional fee may be chargeable.Of particular importance will be the developments in relation to the health, local government and housing services in Wales, since those services account for the largest proportion of our complaints; as well as developments directly impacting the Ombudsman's office.",
