All tender documentation will be provided equally, and in full, to all potential bidders. Welsh Government's procured contractors are eligible to bid for this contract but will have no competitive advantage over any other bidder. This will be independently ratified by Welsh Government Officials who will review all tender documentation at the Welsh Building Safety Panel.",
