The Council will not guarantee any minimum or maximum quantity or quality of landfill gas now or in the future. The most recent data on quantity and quality is contained in Appendices VI and VII of the Invitation To Tender. The Contractor may terminate the contract by giving a notice to the Council to that effect, if landfill gas quality and/ quantity diminishes to unsustainable levels (to be provided upfront by the Contractor) for the project.",
