Construction Proposals It is expected that the building will require piled foundations with ground beams and the superstructure will be a steel frame. The building fabric will have a combination of brick cladding with SFS inner leaf, precast cladding, curtain walling and rainscreen cladding. The pitched roof will be clad with aluminium standing seam roofing. There is also a flat roof portion and it is proposed that this will be a Seedam roof. The roof will incorporate rooflights. The internal partitions will be metal stud. Floor, wall and ceilings finishes and fixed furniture will also be included (loose furniture will be by others). An acoustician will be employed and acoustic panels and other acoustic treatment will be installed. Underfloor heating will be provided. Biomass boilers are proposed with gas back up. Natural ventilation will be provided. No cooling will be provided, except in specific rooms. Kitchen equipment will be provided. LED lighting and photo voltaic panels are proposed. Full mechanical, electrical and plumbing services will be installed. Full landscaping will be provided with car parking, external pitches, play areas, external learning and hard and soft landscaping with an element of external facade and ground lighting.",
