The third example must have (as a minimum) reached the hot commissioning period with the plant processing waste. Operation and Maintenance The Bidder must provide details of two (2) plants which demonstrate experience in the operation and maintenance of EfW projects in the EU and/or the USA and that: 1. use proven moving grate technology; 2. processes MSW or MSW derived fuels such as refuse derived fuels or solid recovered fuels; and 3. are designated \"Broadly Compliant\" in the most recent facility assessment report issued by SEPA , an EU member state equivalent assessment report, or equivalent national body assessment report, or if it was not \"Broadly Compliant\" what remedial action approved by the regulator was taken to address the issue(s) raised. NOTE; The two (2) examples provided by the Bidder must, as a minimum, include one (1) plant, which has been operating for three (3) years or more. Both plants should currently be fully operational (4C.2) ESPD Statement: The Bidder must provide details of the member of senior management with responsibility for health and safety including: full name; position; and qualifications.
