        "reviewDetails": "The Authority shall notify all economic operators of its decision to award the contract by electronic mail as soon as possible after a decision has been made to conclude the contract, and shall allow a period of at least 10 clear calendar days (at least 15 in the event that the communication method used by any relevant party is not electronic), before contract is awarded.
