Mackerel landed by the Vessel as a result of fishing operations undertaken during the period of this charter will be allocated to the national allocation of fishing quota made available for scientific purposes, up to a maximum equivalent value of the agreed daily charter rate multiplied by 10 days. Any fish landed above the maximum weight will be recorded against the quota allocation of the Vessel.",
